Adaptability Of Air Source Heat Pump Application

My country has a vast territory, and its climate covers cold, warm, and tropical regions. According to my country's "Building Climate Zoning Standard" (GB 50178-93), the country is divided into 7 first-level districts and 20 second-level districts. Correspondingly, the design and application methods of air source heat pumps should be different in different regions.
1. For regions with hot summer and cold winter: hot summer and cold winter regions are characterized by sultry summer, with an average regional temperature of 25-30°C in July, and 40-100 days with an annual average temperature greater than 25°C; wet and cold winters, 1 The monthly average temperature is 0-10°C, and the number of days with the annual average temperature below 5°C is 0-90 days. The daily temperature range is small, the annual rainfall is large, and the sunshine is relatively small. The climatic characteristics of these areas are very suitable for the application of air source heat pumps.
2. For most of Yunnan, Guizhou, southwestern Sichuan, and a small part of southern Tibet: the average temperature in January in these areas is 1-13°C, and the number of days with an annual average temperature of less than 5°C is 0-90 days. Under such climatic conditions, heating equipment was not provided in general buildings in the past. However, in recent years, with the development of modern buildings and the advancement towards a well-off living standard, people have higher and higher requirements for living and working architectural environments. Therefore, modern buildings and high-end apartments in these areas have also begun to install heating systems. Therefore, under such climatic conditions, it is very appropriate to choose an air source heat pump system.
3. Traditional air source heat pump units can operate safely and reliably when the outdoor air temperature is higher than -3°C. Therefore, the application range of air source heat pump units has already expanded from the Yangtze River Basin to the Yellow River Basin, that is, it has entered some areas in Zone II of the climate zoning standard. The climate in these areas is characterized by low winter temperatures. The average temperature in January is -10-0°C. Most of the time occurs at night. Therefore, in these areas, buildings that mainly operate during the day (such as office buildings, shopping malls, banks, etc.) use air source heat pumps, and their operation is feasible and reliable. In addition, the climate in these areas is dry in winter, and the outdoor relative humidity in the coldest month is about 45%-65%. Therefore, the frosting phenomenon is not too serious if the air source heat pump is selected.
