The heat production and thermal efficiency of air source heat pump water heating unit will change with the change of ambient temperature, with high efficiency at high temperature and low efficiency at low temperature.
The efficiency is high under high temperature and low under low temperature. The working time of the unit under the standard working condition is recommended to be 8~12 hours, and the working time under the most unfavorable working condition should not exceed 18 hours.
According to the demand of hot water and the load-bearing situation of the installation surface, the design adopts the 10-hp model of ultra-low temperature hot water unit (DKXRS-36ⅡI/LR)
for heating. Under the standard working condition, the rated heating capacity of DKXRS-36I//R is 44kW, while under the working condition of -12℃ in winter, the heating capacity of the unit is about 19.5kW.
The heating time is calculated for 10 hours per day under standard operating conditions (20).
Calculation of the number of units under standard working conditions.
1200000kcal+860kcal/kW-h+44kW+10h=4 units
Initially, 4 sets of DKXRS-36II/LR units are selected as hot water heating equipment.
Under the standard working condition, the actual heating time per day with 4 DKXRS-36II/R units is.
1200000kcal÷860kcal/kW-h÷44kW÷4 units~87h/unit
In winter (-12℃), the actual heating time per day with 4 DKXRS-36II/LR units is.
1200000kcal+860kcal/kW-h+19.5kW+4 units=17.44h/unit
Therefore, 4 sets of DKXRS-36II/LRI units are selected as heating equipment.
