Installation Process

 

1. Choose a proper location: Choosing a location for the dryer installation should be in a well-ventilated area that will prevent moisture and heat build-up. Also, it is recommended to install it far from the waste disposal area so that the waste will not contaminate the equipment.

2. Install the power system: Select the appropriate power cord according to the power of the dryer. Connect the power cord to the power system inside the dryer.

3. Install the heat source system: install the heater and burner to ensure the whole system can work properly. It is also necessary to install gas valves and meters to ensure the safety and stability of the gas.

4. Install the conveyor system: If the grain enters the dryer through the conveyor belt, the conveyor belt support and rollers need to be installed.

5. Install the main body of the dryer: Before installing the main body of the dryer, you need to do some preparation work first, such as cleaning the inside of the dryer cavity. Then, connect the main body of the dryer to the heat source system and the conveyor system.

6. Install the control system: To ensure that the dryer works reliably, a control system needs to be installed to monitor and adjust the various parameters of the dryer. The control system includes thermometer, hygrometer, inverter and PLC controller, etc.

7. Perform commissioning and testing: After installation, precise commissioning and testing of the dryer's functions are required to confirm that all equipment is functioning properly before production can begin.

8. Training and maintenance: In order to ensure the performance and life of the dryer, operators need to be trained in operation, maintenance and servicing to enhance their safety awareness and maintenance skills. Also, regular maintenance and inspection of the dryer is required to ensure its long-term effective operation.

 

Working Principle

 

1. The refrigerant evaporator of the dryer absorbs the air from outside.

2. Then the compressor works to make the air temperature rise.

3. The heat exchanger sends the hot air into the drying chamber.

4. The final material will be dried by the hot air circulating in the drying chamber.
