Working Principle
The material is placed on the conveyor belt,after the conveyor belt of the uniform device，tiled to the dryer net belt,the material in the dryer layer by layer to the next layer between each layer is provided with a guide and reverse device,so that the material fully contact with the heat carrier;Material flows out of one layer.The heat carrier is introduced into the dryer by the fan.The wind speed and pressure generated by the induced draft fan make the heat carrier fully and evenly distributed at the bottom of the dryer. Because the lower pressure is greater than the upper pressure the heat carrier moves upward and passes through each layer of the net belt to make the material fully contact with the heat carrier and improve the drying efficiency.
